Why me?
Since 2018, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Certified Public Accountants in public accounting firms, gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, tax preparation, and providing accurate and reliable financial information to business owners and other stakeholders. I started my career in Puerto Rico as an accountant and eventually as a manager of a financial institution. I have more than 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and business operations. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong commitment to accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. I take pride in completing my work in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements. I am also a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and hold a QuickBooks Online Payroll certification. These credentials, combined with my practical accounting experience, allow me to assist businesses in maintaining accurate financial records and using their accounting systems effectively.
What makes me capable?
My professional experience is supported by an academic foundation in accounting and business administration. I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. My education has provided me with a broad understanding of accounting, financial operations, organizational management, and compliance, while my years of professional experience have allowed me to apply that knowledge to real-world business situations. I believe the combination of education, hands-on experience, and a commitment to continuous professional development enables me to provide clients with dependable accounting support.
About me?
I have been a Florida resident since 2018. Beyond my professional career, I am passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in my community. This passion has inspired me to support a nonprofit organization in the Orlando area that provides transitional shelter and assistance to women and children experiencing homelessness. Family is also an important part of my life. I cherish spending time with my two adult children and two grandchildren, who bring tremendous joy to my life and are among my greatest blessings.
