Why Raven Herron & Company?

Raven is a caring and compassionate leader who has developed a successful business over the years while maintaining a people-centered approach. Since becoming friends during our childhood, I have seen Raven grow and develop through intentional actions. She genuinely cares about growing her team to their full potential while supporting them along the way.

Raven promotes strong relationship building with her team and the clients they serve. After all, we are in the people business. It’s through this approach that we can consistently deliver high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.

Why Me?

Perhaps I took an unconventional route into the accounting world. My first passion was in healthcare as a Radiologic Technologist where I was able to serve my patients through providing supportive care during their procedures. After my first son was born, I challenged myself to go back to school while working full time as an office manager at a doctor’s office. I obtained my licenses as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. I truly enjoyed connecting with clients and providing great customer service. After being away from the workforce for several years while raising four boys, I decided to join Raven’s team and continue my pursuit of delivering high quality customer satisfaction.

What makes me Capable?

Being able to dedicate time to raising my boys and supporting their many activities though the years allowed me to develop lots of patience and effective time management skills. I then paired these with my strong background in customer service to join Raven’s team and support her people-centered approach to delivering services.

About me?

I was born in Ohio and raised in South Florida, where I met Raven. My husband Jesus and I have four awesome boys who keep us very busy. We also recently welcomed Cody to our home, a sweet Charcoal Lab boy. We enjoy traveling, spending time doing family activities, grilling, and boating.
