Why Raven Herron & Co?

Since 2019, I’ve aspired to become a CPA. I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and as a mom of two young children, I knew that working in a traditional accounting firm wouldn’t allow me the flexibility I need to be present for my family. Joining Raven Herron & Company has given me the opportunity to pursue my professional dream without compromising my time with my kids.

Why me?

With six years of experience as a bookkeeper, my goal is to ensure every client feels genuinely heard and understood. I strive to help them not only reach their goals but also gain clarity and confidence in what their numbers are telling them.

What makes me capable?

I have heard so many times in these last 6 years, “Oh, you’re just a bookkeeper”, but bookkeeping is the foundation for good accounting and good accounting is the foundation for good business. Getting my Bachelors in Accounting allowed me to learn both sides, fully enabling me to help my clients achieve the best possible outcome.

About me

I have been happily married for almost 12 years now. We have 6 children in total, and I adore my family. I absolutely love the beach! And now that I’m done with school, I plan to have more beach days, and being able to do what I love is exciting to me! I worked hard to get through school, so I’m looking forward to putting into practice what I’ve learned while having the privilege of doing what I love.
