Why Raven Herron & Company?

Our company sets high standards for customer care, and they care for their employees just as much. I’m very proud to be a part of this team. Cooper, the office golden retriever, is the icing on the cake of this excellent company.

Why me?

I got into bookkeeping later in life. My degree is in computer science. I took a break from computer programming to be a stay-at-home mom, then I stumbled into bookkeeping and realized how much I enjoy it! The accounting world requires the same detail-oriented thinking as programming does, and there are fun challenges to solve every day.

What makes me capable?

I am detail-oriented and a hard worker, and I love being able to help our clients. As the newest member to Raven Team, I appreciate the ongoing training they provide. It’s evident they believe in the idea that a rising tide lifts all ships.

About me?

I am a mom to two fantastic, creative kids and two energetic, little-bit-crazy dogs. I am a singer, guitarist, and gardener. I’m also a Texas Master Naturalist, which is a volunteer organization focused on conserving Texas’ natural resources. I have served on the board of my local Texas Master Naturalist chapter for the past year and a half.
