Introducing Our New, Modern Client Portal System!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Client Portal system—Onvio Client Center!  Client Center gives us an exciting step forward in how we connect, and collaborate with you. We’ve been working tirelessly behind the scenes to enhance your experience with us and we are ready to start rolling out these new portals.

We are going to roll these new portals out to our existing clients in phases:

  • Phase one will be clients we work with every month
  • Phase two will be clients that we have a current open engagement with
  • Phase three will be all other annual clients

As we move through these phases, you can expect to receive a communication from our firm and to receive an email from no-reply@onvio.com that will allow you to register your new portal.  We plan to start this rollout at the beginning of August.  However, you can request a new portal at any time by emailing us at info@ravenherroncpa.com or calling us at (830) 598-5300.

Our new Client Portal system is a testament to our firm’s commitment to harnessing technology to better serve our clients. We believe this system will transform our client relationships, making it easier for you to engage with our services, access your financial data, and interact with our team.

Key Features of the New Client Portal System:

1. Mobile App: You will now have 24/7 access to your financial documents and data from any device, anywhere in the world.  With the ability to take pictures of source documents and upload them right from your device.  To locate the Client Center mobile app in the App Store or Google Play store, search for Onvio Client Center.

Note: You can download the Client Center mobile app to Apple devices that run iOS 11.0 or higher and to Android devices that run Android OS 5.0 or higher.

2. Streamlined Processes: Not only do you have the ability to upload and download documents directly to and from the portal, but you will also have the ability to send documents securely directly to any other professional you work with.  This makes your work processes more collaborative, quicker, and more efficient while also keeping your sensitive information secure.

3. Modern, User-friendly Interface: The system is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, aiding in a seamless user experience.

We encourage you to download any information that you feel you may need from your existing portal as that data will not be migrated over.  Please review your old portal within the next few weeks as we will be discontinuing them sometime before the end of the year.  Be assured that we have all of your historical documents available, we can publish anything that you’ve missed, at your request.

We understand that change can be challenging, but we assure you this transition will be smooth.  We’re confident that this new system will bring our services a more modern feel, offering you a more convenient, efficient, and secure way to handle your accounting needs.
